The 5-step planning process:
1. Call or email your nearest CVB Sales Director regarding your
conference, convention, retreat, tour group, family reunion, or any other
group event.
2. Spend 10 minutes answering an easy series of event/conference
related questions.
3. Allow your CVB Sales Director to take all the information and compile
it into a Request for Proposal (RFP) and send it directly to the
properties at the Lake of the Ozarks that can accommodate your
needs.
4. Sit back and relax. Your proposals will arrive by the communication
method and deadline you specified in your request within a day or two.
5. When your favorite proposal arrives, call the property and book it!
